On a hot summer day, it's a great idea to have a pitcher of cold, refreshing, vitamin-enriched water on hand. This delicious strawberry and cucumber water can be made either still or sparkling, depending on your preference.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place 220g of stemmed and thinly sliced strawberries and half an English cucumber, thinly sliced, in a pitcher. For a still drink, add 2l of clean drinking water. For a carbonated drink, add 1l of seltzer water, let steep, and add another 1l of seltzer water before serving.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the ingredients to infuse. Mix well and strain. Before serving, add fresh strawberries and cucumber slices, and add more ice. Infused water can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days..
