How to Make Lime-Mint Soda

Make a refreshing drink with the flavor of a non-alcoholic mojito by mixing lime-mint syrup with sparkling water. The beauty of this soda is that all the ingredients are natural and free of artificial flavors and colors. The syrup is made from freshly squeezed lime juice, water, and sugar, then infused with fresh mint leaves. Strain and enjoy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup torn mint leaves
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 2-4 tbsp syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine 1 cup each lime juice, water, and sugar with 1/4 cup torn mint leaves in a medium saucepan; simmer over medium-high heat until syrupy, about 20 minutes. Stir in another 1/4 cup torn mint leaves; let cool, then strain the syrup. Top with club soda.
  2. For each serving of the drink, mix 2-4 tablespoons of syrup with 1 glass of cold sparkling water in a glass with ice.
