Any appetizer is more fun when skewered. Kids will especially love this snack, as these fun skewers can even be made for a kid's lunchbox. The main ingredient in this appetizer is tortelloni pasta with cheese (or smaller tortellini), similar to dumplings. Thread a cooked tortelloni onto each wooden skewer, top with a ball of bocconcini mozzarella, an olive, and a grape tomato. A delicious and healthy appetizer, packed with vibrant Mediterranean flavors. Serve the skewers with pesto or marinara sauce for dipping at a house party, or place them in a lunchbox, trimming the sharp ends of the skewers.
