These kebabs are made with chicken fingers, or tender parts of chicken breast, which cook very quickly. Just a few minutes on the grill, and they're ready to serve. Thread them onto wooden skewers before serving. You can grill them or use a grill pan. No spices are used in the preparation of the meat itself. But the Asian-inspired peanut dipping sauce adds a wonderful flavor to these kebabs. It perfectly combines notes of peanut, ginger, soy sauce, honey, lime, and hot pepper, resulting in a unique, multi-faceted taste.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 0.5 tsp hot vegetable oil with chili pepper
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup very hot water + more as needed
- Odorless vegetable oil for frying
- 1 kg of chicken fingers
- 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
- Barbecue sauce, for filing
- Special equipment: 20-25 wooden skewers soaked in water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- To make the peanut sauce, place the peanut butter in a blender along with the soy sauce, honey, ginger, red pepper flakes, chili oil, and lime juice. While blending, add 1/4 cup very hot water. Check the consistency and, if necessary, add a little more hot water until the sauce is smooth. Transfer the sauce to a small bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill on both sides until cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve the chicken on skewers with bowls of soy sauce and a good quality barbecue sauce for dipping.
