- 1 tbsp. l. lime zest
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Puree all ingredients except the chicken in a food processor. Place the marinade and chicken in a resealable plastic bag, mix thoroughly, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
Preheat the grill to high, remove any excess marinade from the chicken, and place it on the grill. Sear the chicken on each side for 3-4 minutes, then transfer to a baking dish and finish cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
Squeeze a wedge of lime over each piece of chicken and serve.
