Fruity notes of cognac and apple cider, combined with hazelnut-based Frangelico liqueur and Demerara brown sugar, infuse this cocktail with the aromas of date toffee pudding. A perfect drink for autumn!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Sprinkle some Demerara sugar on a saucer. Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and dip the rim into the sugar until it sticks.
