Taco Cocktail

How to Make Taco Cocktail
Kitchen:Mexican,
Time: 15 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 1 cocktail

Bartenders sometimes garnish their cocktails with ingredients from the kitchen, but this unique drink is more than half made up of ingredients from the famous Mexican snack, the taco. Nacho-flavored chips, cilantro, radishes, beef broth, fresh jalapeños, and spices seem like they have nothing in common with the drink, but when paired with tequila, mezcal, and Mexican beer, you'll have a stunning taco-flavored cocktail. Before serving, rim the glasses with lime juice and dip them in a mixture of crushed chips and spices. Each drink is garnished with cilantro and vegetable slices, a delightful accompaniment to the savory concoction.
