Bloody Beer cocktail - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 230 ml of amber beer
  • 120 ml tomato juice
  • 60 ml of anejo tequila (aged tequila)
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of horseradish
  • 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of celery salt
  • A pinch of mustard powder
  • 1 stalk celery, cut in half, for garnish
  • 2 pepperoni sausage sticks, for garnish

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add beer, tomato juice, tequila, lemon juice, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and mustard powder. Shake for 10 seconds.
  2. Then pour into two glasses. Garnish each cocktail with a celery stick and pepperoni. Serve.
