Pizza-flavored hummus - a detailed recipe.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tomato paste, oregano, and basil and cook until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes. Transfer the tomato mixture to a food processor.
Add the garlic, chickpeas, chickpea brine, sesame paste, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
