To make this appetizer, sausages aren't simply wrapped in pizza dough; they're given a real pizza flavor. You'll need mini Italian sausages and ready-made pizza dough. Each sausage is wrapped in a piece of dough, brushed with olive oil, rosemary, and oregano, then sprinkled with grated cheese, and baked in the oven. When the aroma of pizza fills the kitchen, the appetizer is ready. Serve with tomato marinara sauce for dipping.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss the sausages on a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake, turning halfway through, until cooked through and crispy, about 35 minutes.
- Line another baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, rosemary, and oregano in a small bowl; set aside. Roll the pizza dough into a 6x12-inch rectangle, then cut it crosswise into twelve 1-inch-wide strips.
- Wrap a strip of dough around each sausage and place on the prepared baking sheet with the ends facing down. Brush with herb oil and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce.
