Make these fun mummies-shaped sausage rolls for your Halloween party. This appetizer will captivate all your guests. And it's easy to make using store-bought croissant puff pastry. Simply cut the rolls into strips, wrap the sausages, and bake in the oven. The best part about this recipe is that you don't have to worry about wrapping the sausages perfectly. After all, they are ancient mummies!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place the dough sheet on a lightly floured work surface. Roll the dough lightly in one direction to form a rectangle. Cut the dough lengthwise into 8 long strips.
- Take one sausage and wrap it with one strip of dough, carefully stretching the dough. Crisscross the strip occasionally to make the sausage look like a mummy in bandages. Leave a section of the sausage exposed near the end—this will be the face. Place the wrapped sausage on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining sausages and dough. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- While the sausage rolls are baking, use a narrow piping tip to cut 16 small circles out of the cheese for the mummies' eyes.
- Remove the sausages from the oven. Using a toothpick, spread a little ketchup on the cheese circles and attach the eyes to the open end of the sausages. Using the same toothpick, apply a drop of ketchup or mustard to the center of each eye to create the pupil.
