  • 30 beef sausages
  • 30 strips of cheese
  • 30 slices thinly sliced ​​bacon
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

    Step 1
  • Special equipment: fire pit and grill grate or oven preheated to 230°C

    Carefully cut a pocket lengthwise into the sausages, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place a strip of cheese into the pocket. Starting at one end, wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed sausage, then place each sausage on a square of foil and seal.

  • Place the wrapped hot dogs on the fire pit and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the dogs are cooked through, the cheese is melted, and the bacon is crispy. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes, then unwrap.

    Note

    To cook in the oven, preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the sausages on a baking sheet (you can slightly open the foil) and bake for 15 minutes.
