To enjoy a delicious sausage, after cooking, cut it almost in half lengthwise, open it, and fry it in olive oil, inside and out. This sausage will be much tastier than one simply fried on the outside. Great for breakfast or as a hot dog topping.

  • 4 high-quality beef sausages


Place the sausages in cold, salted water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and keep the sausages in the hot water. Serve warm.

For added flavor, try slicing cooked sausages almost in half lengthwise. Open them like a book and place them in a preheated frying pan with a little olive oil. Cook over medium heat until browned on both sides.
