The most delicious hot dogs are made on the grill, especially on a charcoal grill, where they're infused with a smoky flavor. Grill both the buns and the sausages, brushing them with barbecue sauce for a minute before they're done, and you'll never need any other sauces!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • Vegetable oil to grease the grill
  • 4 sausages
  • Barbecue sauce for lubrication
  • 4 hot dog buns

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly coat the grill grate with vegetable oil.
  2. Grill the sausages, turning them, until lightly charred in spots, 5 to 7 minutes, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last minute.

  3. Grill the buns for about 30 seconds. Serve the hot dogs on the buns.
