BBQ sauce

Time: 1 hour 20 min.
Perhaps the best thing about ready-made barbecue sauce is its consistency: smooth and moderately runny, yet still thick and heavy. Neely's barbecue sauce recipe takes all these factors into account. Furthermore, Patrick and Gina make it with a mixture of ketchup, a pinch of mustard powder, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to achieve the right consistency and savory flavor. This sauce is just the way it should be.
