- 1 cup of water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- For barbecue sauce:
Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, molasses or brown sugar, mustard powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan and simmer until thickened, about 30 minutes. - Preheat the grill to high. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and toss with 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
- Turn the grill to medium heat and add the chicken breasts, cover with a lid and cook until done, brushing with sauce, about 25 to 30 minutes.
