If you love the Pina Colada for its delicious coconut flavor and aren't averse to experimenting, try making a Cocoa Colada. Instead of pineapple juice, add hot chocolate made with coconut milk. If desired, you can make the drink non-alcoholic and omit the rum. A wonderful warming cocktail for the whole family!
