Make a sparkling non-alcoholic Pina Colada with coconut-flavored sparkling water for a pleasant refreshment on a hot summer day or to delight guests who don't drink alcohol. Garnish the drink like a real cocktail with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. l. coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut-flavored seltzer water
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 2 small wedges of fresh pineapple
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place 3-4 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and honey. Cover and shake to dissolve the honey and chill the drink.
  • Step 2
  • Strain into a 450-600 ml hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Top with seltzer. Thread maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges onto a skewer and garnish.
