Garlic butter

Time: 5 min.
Garlic butter is an easy-to-make addition that will brighten any dish, whether it's seafood, fish, grilled steak, steamed vegetables, pasta, or just a slice of bread. Soften the butter and mix it with crushed garlic, then refrigerate it. Once the butter has set, cut it into pieces and add it to your dishes, or spread it on slices of bread and toast it in the oven for garlic bread. Use unsalted butter so you can adjust the flavor to your liking.
