This popsicle surprise warms and cools at the same time. To freeze it, you'll only need limeade (or lime lemonade), which pairs perfectly with the spicy jalapeño pepper, giving the entire dessert a Mexican flavor. The jalapeño popper lemonade is frozen in portions in popsicle molds: wait until the first half has set, then top it with the remaining jalapeño popper lemonade. This way, the jalapeño rings won't be concentrated in one spot, but will be spread throughout the dessert.
