Apple popsicles

Complexity: easily
Servings: 6
It's believed that popsicles were invented over a hundred years ago in the United States by a boy named Frank Epperson, who forgot a soda popsicle stick in his backyard. The popsicle froze overnight, and the next day, the boy pulled the stick and pulled out a popsicle. As an adult, he patented his invention. After some time, he sold his rights to the popsicle stick to a major company, which began mass-producing it. Since then, people around the world have loved this summer dessert. It's so refreshing and very low in calories.
You can freeze popsicles at home using natural ingredients. Boil down some apple juice with aromatic spices and freeze it. You'll love its juicy, sweet and sour taste and light, spicy aroma.
