Unlike standard popsicles, which are typically made from fruit juices mixed with water, this sorbet is made with frozen fruit puree and sugar syrup. Prepare two types of puree: mango and strawberry, sweeten them with sugar syrup, and enhance their aroma and flavor with lemon and lime. Fill popsicle molds with the resulting purees one by one to create a vibrant and juicy popsicle that's also incredibly healthy!
