Margarita popsicles are a refreshing summer treat for adults. Made with natural strawberry puree, they're delicious, aromatic, and a real mood-lifter. If you're making them for kids, replace the alcohol with water and lime juice.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (6-8 limes)
- 0.5 cups of water
- 0.5 tbsp triple sec
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 0.5 cups of ultrafine sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, quartered
- Special equipment: fruit ice cube trays

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a blender, combine lime juice, water, triple sec, tequila, and sugar; blend until the sugar dissolves. Set aside 8 strawberry quarters and place the remaining berries in the blender; blend until the strawberries are pureed.
- Place a strawberry slice on the end of each popsicle stick. Pour the Margarita into popsicle molds, insert the sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove the popsicles from the molds and serve.
