For a simple strawberry glaze, you'll need powdered sugar, a little strawberry jam (preferably seedless), and a spoonful of lemon juice. If you're using jam with pits, warm it briefly in the microwave and strain it through a sieve. To decorate the donuts, simply dip the tops into the glaze and let it set. If desired, you can decorate with sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
