In American cuisine, there's a dessert called a S'more (from the English "something more"). Originally, this name referred to a unique sandwich often made by scouts, consisting of Graham crackers, marshmallows roasted over a campfire, and chocolate. But this iconic food combination has long since transcended the confines of campfire gatherings, and now one can imagine what the cake could look like, as long as the main ingredients are present: graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray 2 donut pans with cooking spray (or use just 1 and bake all the donuts in 2 batches).
- DonutsIn a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa mixture. In a liquid measuring cup, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and use a spatula to fold them together. Transfer the mixture to a 4-liter zip-top bag and snip off one of the bottom corners with scissors (you can also use a pastry bag). Press the batter into prepared donut pans.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until the dough is puffed and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pans on a cooling rack.
- GanacheMeanwhile, in a heatproof bowl set 3 cm above simmering water, combine the chocolate chips and cream. Heat for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate has melted, then stir until smooth.
- Place crushed graham crackers in a shallow bowl. Dip the top of each donut first into the chocolate glaze, then into the graham crackers. Top each donut with a marshmallow half, cut side down, and toast the marshmallows with a blowtorch before serving.
