These crispy corn muffin mini-donuts are perfect as a beer snack, for watching games, watching movies, or any other house party. They're incredibly easy to make using ready-made corn muffin mix. Mix it into a thick batter, add corn kernels and green onions, and deep-fry. Place the finished donuts on paper towels to remove excess oil. Golden, crispy, and fragrant, they'll disappear from the plate as quickly as popcorn. Make several servings at a time!

Recipe:


Mix 230 g in a bowl. dry corn muffin mix with 0.5 tbsp flour. In a separate bowl, combine 0.5 cup milk, 1 egg, and 55 g melted butter, then stir into the flour mixture. Add 1 tbsp corn and 0.5 tbsp chopped green onions. Drop the dough, 1 tbsp at a time, into vegetable oil (5 cm) preheated to 180°C and fry until golden brown, 3 minutes. Serve with honey.
