Classic vanilla donut glaze is made with just three ingredients: whole milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir the powdered sugar into the hot milk until the glaze is thick and smooth. To prevent it from setting before you've topped all the donuts, place the saucepan in a bowl of hot water. This glaze also works well drizzled over cupcakes or muffins.
