Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. non-alcoholic apple cider (apple juice with pulp)
  • 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour the apple juice into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook over medium-high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add maple syrup, mustard, allspice and nutmeg.
