Just three ingredients and a microwave—all you need to make homemade chocolate syrup for chocolate milk, mochaccinos, or sundaes. Melt chocolate with honey and water and add the resulting syrup to your favorite drinks or desserts. To avoid a syrup that's too sweet, use semisweet chocolate.

  • 170 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Combine chocolate, honey, and 1/3 cup water in a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool. Add to warm or cold milk or coffee.
