Here's how to make the best white chocolate liqueur at home! It's surprisingly easy to make, and its flavor is creamy, with a hint of white chocolate, and not too sweet. It's the perfect balance between alcohol and creaminess. It's much better than store-bought and makes a great, delicious gift for the holidays!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 110 g of white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon vanilla
  • 1 cup of vodka

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place white chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring, until the chocolate melts.
  2. When the chocolate is completely melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Stir in vodka and place in a resealable container. Let the liqueur steep for 12-24 hours (preferably in the refrigerator) before using. Bottle the liqueur or (optional) strain through a double layer of cheesecloth or a nut milk bag. (Gently squeeze the cheesecloth to help the liqueur drain.)
