These seemingly ordinary pancakes are perfectly complemented by ripe strawberries soaked in orange liqueur with a mild flavor and distinctive citrus aroma. The final flavor note is the sweetest caramel sauce and cocoa dusting.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

- 1 tbsp sugar or more if needed
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 6 ready chocolate pancakes
- 6 tbsp. chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 6 tablespoons whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and orange liqueur and soak the strawberries in the mixture for 30-60 seconds.
- Place 1 crepe on a serving plate and carefully spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate spread, 1 tablespoon of whipped cream, and 1/4 cup of the strawberry mixture. Roll the crepes up. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
