Another delicious variation of chocolate pancakes with a delicate cream cheese filling. What makes this recipe special is the sauce, which adds a whole new flavor to the pancakes. The vibrant strawberry flavor is complemented by the harmonious vanilla-caramel notes of Grand Marnier liqueur, which also has a distinct orange aftertaste.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, and milk until smooth. The batter should be light and fluffy. Heat a small nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with 1/4 of the butter. Wipe off any excess. Pour the batter into the pan and tilt it back and forth to coat the entire surface. When the bottom of the pancake is golden brown, flip it over and brown the other side. Remove from the pan and let cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a bowl, combine the cheese and cocoa. Add a teaspoon of milk to thin the mixture, although it should eventually be thick. Spoon the mixture onto 3 crepes and completely cover them. Place them one by one on a serving plate.
- Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Add the remaining butter and strawberries. Let it simmer briefly, then add the Grand Marnier liqueur. Be very careful not to stand too close to the pan. Bring the alcohol to a boil and remove from the heat. Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Spread the strawberry sauce over the pancakes and serve warm.
