This dessert is a reverse version of chocolate-covered strawberries, but it's much more delicious because the berries become juicier and their flavor more intense after baking. Choose firm, large berries. They should stand upright on their narrow ends, and you can carefully scoop out the flesh from the wide end and place chocolate chips inside. You can use any chocolate you like. Serve beautifully, garnished with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Trim the tops of the berries just below the stem. Trim the tips (about 0.5 cm) so the berries stand upright. Then, using a small spoon or a watermelon scoop, scoop out the inside of the strawberries to create a cavity in each berry. Place a small amount of chocolate in the cavity of each strawberry and stand them upright in a baking dish. Lightly dust the berries with sugar, if using. Bake the strawberries until soft and the chocolate has melted, about 10-12 minutes.
- To serve, arrange 3 strawberries in a triangle on a dessert plate. If the berries have released any liquid into the baking dish, pour it over the strawberries. Place a small mound of cream in the center between the berries and top each berry with whipped cream. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on the plate and serve!
