"I've never been much of a coffee drinker," admits Jessica Merchant. "But one winter holiday, I tried a mint and white chocolate mocha, and the flavor really stuck with me. My version of this coffee drink is not only sweet but also heady! A surefire winner."

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml of brewed espresso
  • 30 ml coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml white chocolate liqueur (see recipe)
  • 15 ml. mint schnapps
  • 180 ml of milk
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Crushed mint candy canes, for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Step 2
  • Pour espresso over ice. Add coffee liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps, if using, and stir. Add milk and stir. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. Serve immediately.
