Fruit salad with natural yogurt is a healthy snack, a complement to breakfast, or a light dessert after a hearty dinner. The yogurt dressing is blended with honey and natural vanilla, and its flavor is beautifully complemented by a mix of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, white grapes, and banana. The fruit salad is just the right amount of sweet yet refreshing.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Half a vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 bunch of white seedless grapes, cut in half
