This salad was inspired by the Spanish low-alcohol summer drink sangria. Sangria is just a little fruit in a pitcher of wine, but for this salad you'll need just a splash of rosé, which, along with honey and orange juice, makes a wonderful dressing for the blend of grapes, raspberries, oranges, strawberries, and grapefruit. Carefully peel the citrus fruits to fully enjoy their pure flavor without any excess bitterness. Mint leaves will add an even more refreshing flavor to this summer salad. Serve chilled.
