This sangria takes no more than 5-10 minutes to prepare in a large pitcher. Make time to prepare it in the morning so it can steep for a few hours and develop its fruity flavor. Take it out in the evening and serve it when dinner is ready.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 bottle of Rioja wine
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark spiced rum
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1 navel orange, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced ​​into wedges
  • 3 ripe plums, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Berries for decoration (raspberries, blackberries)
  • Sparkling water for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large pitcher, combine sugar, rum, orange liqueur, fruit, and cinnamon stick. Pour in a bottle of wine and chill the sangria for several hours.

    To serve, arrange the fruit in glasses or goblets and pour in the wine. Top the glasses with a splash of sparkling water.
