This is a very simple, yet sophisticated and unique grilled dessert. Delicate, juicy, and sweet peaches or nectarines pair perfectly with honey-orange buttercream. The rich, slightly bitter flavor of roasted almonds adds a special flavor and aroma to this fruity dessert.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 peaches or nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons clover honey
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds
  • Mint sprigs

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, cream, honey, orange zest, and vanilla seeds until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the peaches with oil and grill for a few minutes on each side to cook through and soften.
