Honey-nut popcorn balls in sesame seeds - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
  • 1/4 cup almond paste
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 12 cups of ready-made popcorn
  • 1 cup of chopped salted nut mixture
  • Roasted sesame seeds

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine honey, butter, almond paste, sugar and 1 tablespoon of water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Remove the pan from the heat and, using a rubber spatula, stir in the popcorn and chopped nuts.

    Grease your hands with butter and form honey-nut popcorn balls, then roll in sesame seeds.
