This baked salmon recipe is perfect for those in a hurry but still want to prepare a special, delicious dinner. The salmon fillet is brushed with a quick honey-mustard sauce and baked in the oven. For a beautiful crust, switch the oven to broil a few minutes before it's ready. Serve the fish with a green salad, and a delicious, healthy dinner will be on the table in less than half an hour.

- 0.5 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives + extra for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a large baking sheet with a non-stick silicone mat and place the salmon on top, skin side down. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and green onions and mix thoroughly. Set aside half the sauce. Spoon the remaining sauce over the fish, spreading it evenly over the top and sides of each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until the fish is set in the center, 7 minutes. Turn the oven to broil. Grill the fish for 6–7 minutes, being careful not to overcook it. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with the remaining sauce.
