  • Brush both sides of the chicken with vinegar. Sprinkle both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt and a few turns of black pepper. Combine the white and black sesame seeds in a shallow bowl. Press the chicken firmly into the sesame seeds so they adhere well to both sides of the breasts.
