Sweet peaches are even more delicious when grilled until lightly caramelized. Toss them with zesty arugula and juicy grapefruit, then dress them with a sweet-tart grapefruit dressing for a delicious summer salad that pairs perfectly with grilled meats.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 large peaches, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp grapeseed oil + extra for greasing
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Peel and slice the grapefruit over a small bowl to collect all the juice. Once you've removed all the segments from the membranes, squeeze the remaining juice from the membranes into the same bowl. Place the pieces in a separate bowl.

  3. Cut the peaches into 8 pieces and brush with oil. Grill for 5 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. Add honey, oil, salt, and black pepper to a bowl with the grapefruit juice and toss to combine. Place the arugula, grapefruit, grilled peaches, and chopped green onions in a large salad bowl, then add the dressing. Toss well and serve.
