This grape, melon, and pineapple salad is enhanced by a savory honey-thyme dressing. For a more complex flavor, use at least two different types of seedless grapes and melon. The honey dressing is infused with star anise and a sprig of fresh thyme, infusing it with a pleasant sweet-spicy flavor. Let it cool completely before serving. Adjust the dressing to your liking and serve as a light, healthy dessert.
