Miniature sorbet with liqueur looks very elegant and interesting, a real highlight of a house party. The sorbet is spooned into small balls into shot glasses and topped with liqueur. For a more dramatic presentation, choose different colors of sorbet and pair them with liqueurs that best complement their flavors. Place the shot glasses in a wide bowl filled with ice and serve to your guests. A refreshing dessert and a delicious drink – all in one.
