Best of all, they're easy to make at home. To make them, dissolve gelatin in hot liquid, stir in the alcohol, pour into shot glasses, and let set. If you're making two-color shots, wait until the bottom layer has completely set before pouring the top layer. This alcoholic jello combines the flavors of Blue Curaçao and grenadine, and thanks to the vodka, this "dessert" is as strong as the most fun cocktails.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Blue jelly
- 7 g of gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Blue Curacao liqueur
- 0.5 cups of vodka
Red jelly
- 7 g of gelatin
- 3/4 cup grenadine
- 0.5 cups of vodka
- Whipped cream, homemade or store-bought, for garnish
- Special equipment: 12 plastic shot glasses with a capacity of 60 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Blue jelly:
Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a bowl, add the gelatin, and let it sit for 2 minutes to soften. Add 0.5 cups boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the sugar, let it dissolve, then add the Blue Curacao and vodka. - Pour the mixture into 12 shot glasses, filling them halfway. Refrigerate until the jelly sets, about 25 minutes.
- Red jelly:
Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a bowl, add the gelatin, and let sit for 2 minutes to soften. Add 0.5 cups boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the grenadine and vodka. - Carefully pour the red mixture over the blue jelly layer. Refrigerate until the jelly sets, about 1 hour. Top the shots with whipped cream and serve.
