Every serving of this lighthearted and delicious cocktail comes with a surprise bite. So, you'll need a bigger glass.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Punch

  • 5 cups lemonade
  • 3 cups white rum
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 3 liters lemon-lime seltzer sparkling water, chilled

Decorations

  • 450 g of candy sugar or candy sugar candies, preferably in light colors such as white and yellow
  • Gummy sea creatures like sharks, fish, and octopus for the punch bowl, plus more fish for serving
  • Grenadine, as needed
  • Special equipment: 5-6 liter aquarium; non-toxic aquarium plants; 12 plastic sharks

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare the punch: In a large pitcher, combine lemonade, rum and liqueur and chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. Decoration: Thoroughly wash and dry the aquarium, aquarium plants and 12 plastic sharks.

  3. Rinse the candy canes under cold water, place them in a large resealable plastic bag, and lightly crush them with a mallet to create gravel. Add the gravel to the aquarium and place the aquarium plants, pressing them into the gravel. Place the sea creatures on top of the gravel. Freeze the aquarium for at least 2 hours.
