Berry Eye Punch - A Detailed Recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 cups blackberries
  • 18 canned lychees (from one 500 ml jar), plus 3/4 cup syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups sweetened acai juice
  • 1 cup blueberry smoothie
  • 18 large blueberries
  • 3 cups lemonade with lime
  • 1 cup spiced rum or gin (optional)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Puree the blackberries, lychee syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids with a rubber spatula. Add the acai juice and blueberry juice. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Carefully push a blueberry into the flesh of each lychee. Pour the drink into a pitcher and add the lychees, then gently stir in the lemonade and rum, if using. Serve over ice.

    Recipe alcoholic cocktail with ginger ale.
