Baked pineapples in bourbon - a detailed recipe.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Quarter the pineapple lengthwise, then slice and arrange in a baking dish. Drizzle the pineapples with bourbon, sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of ground allspice, and top with 2 knobs of butter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn the pineapples several times during baking to ensure even baking. Serve with coconut sorbet.
