Grilled pineapples make a unique side dish for meat. Or drizzle them with honey for a wonderful light picnic dessert. Peel the pineapples, remove the tough core, slice them into wedges, and brush them with a light layer of olive oil to prevent them from sticking to the grill and to create dark grill marks.
