Grilled corn on the cob, wrapped in foil with aromatic herbs and butter, is thoroughly steamed, becoming tender and infused with the delicious aromas of basil, thyme, and rosemary. A wonderful alternative to boiled corn.

Recipe:
Place 2 sheets of foil on a work surface. Top with 3 husked ears of corn, a sprig of thyme, basil, and rosemary, season with salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tablespoons of chopped butter. Wrap the corn in foil to form airtight packages. Wrap each package in another sheet of foil. Grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes per side.
